HOW I MET YOUR MOM AND DAD

In the hot summer of 2020, we saw the women in Portland, Oregon in their yellow T-shirts, united against what they saw was a radical right-wing threat to the democracy we've held dear for nearly two and a half centuries, and we were inspired. "What if someone started a group called 'Moms And Dads Against Fascism?" we posted. The response was immediate and equally inspiring. Within a day, Moms And Dads Against Fascism -- M.A.D.A.F. was born.
Since then, we've made signs, marched, designed and sold merchandise, and shared our story online, raising consciousness and connecting with our community.
We call ourselves "Moms and Dads Against Fascism," but you don't have to me a mom or a dad to join! Just be as fed up as we are (which is "up to here!") -- and committed to saving democracy from the rise of Fascism in America. ("We never thought we'd see the day.")

Non-Violence
Moms And Dads Against Fascism may be "MAD AF," but we are committed to non-violent action and the "peaceful overthrow" of fascist tyranny. And you'll find "LOVE" at the center of our PeacefuLOVErthrow!
The Constitution
MADAF and its members embrace the greatest document in history and vow to support and defend it from all enemies, foreign and domestic. That includes anyone who suggests "terminating" the Constitution, flouts its protections, or says he wants a third term.
Truth
Calling the Free Press "The enemy of the People" or "Fake News" while spewing lies imperils the notion of truth itself. Honesty, decency, and integrity -- not lies and fear -- are sacred ideals we believe truly make America great.
